Perfect for those seeking maximum tranquility, this apartment follows the same layout as the first floor but with a few differences: the breakfast area has been replaced by a small bedroom with a single bed.
• Entrance into a hallway with storage closet and independent boiler • Fully equipped kitchen as in the other apartments • Living room with sofa, designer table, and TV (no sofa bed) • Additional small bedroom with single bed and wardrobe • Double bedroom with dresser and wardrobe • Twin bedroom with two bunk beds (convertible into single beds) and wardrobe • Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
