âDo not go there. Really bad value for money! Third floor without lift. Hair on the bed. Bad and arrogant service. Minisculous breakfast and really expensive! Worst experience out of hundreds of hotels!â

âAbsolutely loved this hotel, staff and spa facilities. Clean, modernized, and beautiful. The staff and team have thought of every detail in ensuring comfort and tranquility. The breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommend and would be my first and only choice in zermatt. â
