”Ceiling was broken down on the hall way, no towells or toilet paper has been replaced or replenishment every day, no room services have taken care until we clocked out.we need to ask toilet paper every time and they give 1 per day for 3 adults and 2 kids people stay.”

”Room not very clean found two types of bugs in our room. Was told hotel was totally sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay and it wasn’t sold out. Then Expedia said there were rooms but I would have to do a new order and get yet another hotel mandated card hold. The breakfast was also terrible and when your family is facing something terrible, this was the last thing we needed”

”Rooms are very dated and in need of repair. Wallpaper peeling, fixtures leaking, cracks in walls. All okay for a $90 a night...but not for $200. Staff was very nice and location felt safe and quiet, but not worth it.”

”Stayed here with my team for work and we thought it was great. The rooms are very spacious and that personally thought the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool and the weight room and the breakfast had a great variety of things. The pool does get used with different swim clubs so it’s not always available. The hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants and other things so it works perfect and the staff was also very nice and helpful. I’m hoping to be back next week.”

”The women at the front desk Breonna, Brittany and Brianna were very nice and helpful. I had to stay at Quality Inn for a week. The price was good and the staff very friendly. 👍”

”the room is clean and all but i was in my bra in my room with the light shade down you could still see through it if you were close up and some guy came and started cleaning the windows i got no warning from staff or anything and i was basically in my underwear”

”The Brinckerhoff Inn is a beautiful historic property that has been beautifully restored. The personal attention given to us by Bob was second to none. He takes great pride in his inn and loves to share the interesting history of this region. He prepared a wonderful breakfast and welcomes you into the house as if it’s your own. If you are in the area, you must make sure to stay at this house!”

”Customer service was outstanding! Clean rooms and near groceries and dinner.”

”L'hôtel a besoin de rénovation a l'entrée le toit est briser des bout béton pendouille, l'ascenseur fait aussi un drole de bruit tout est vieux, mais je n'ai rien a dire sur la propreté de notre chambre tout etait bien. Mise appart pour l'établissement qui semble etre laisser aller au fil du temps.”
