”We were traveling with kids. It was terrible to stay there. After viewing couple of rooms we decided that we can’t stay there.. We didn’t even checked in. We had to find other hotels to stay. Staff was not friendly and very poor customer service and unprofessional.”

”I’m not a big fan of leaving bad reviews, but this place is just way too dirty,like they don’t even try to clean the rooms. Absolutely filthy, it’s not even a problem that everything is super outdated, broken down, worn out, it’s just the Scheer level of uncleanliness everywhere. I’m talking walls and ceiling in addition to super gross floors. They’re in a great location, but holy smokes, I will never stay here again and I have pretty low standards.”

”Pleasantly surprising room after a very off-putting lobby. NO ELEVATOR, which could be an issue to some! Lobby and hallways are pretty gross, but the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff was really rude, but I honestly didn't really care. AC was working, parking was easy. Bed was really comfortable. Very good cheap option in the area if you just need a place to shower and sleep.”

”It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room”

”Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to...

”The room is in ok cleaness. There are bugs and spiders in the room. Bed sheet has a dirt. Water come leak from the next room to the floor. It is liveable but not great”

”The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

”Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.”
