”Clean and convenient”

”I checked into the motel room and found cockroaches in the mail area and the bathroom, unfortunately. I went to the front desk to request roach spray and the agent was kind enough to offer me another room. The second room was MUCH BETTER! Major improvement from the first. ”The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

”First of all I paid extra for the “Premium” room experience which was supposed to include snacks and egyptian sheets and luxurious towels….I get in the room (which wasn’t hard because the door frame was busted) and there are no snacks, stains all over the furniture and a HUGE cigarette burn in the comforter.
