”The gals at the front desk were amazing! Super kind, courteous and professional. There was a gal, maybe her 2nd or 3rd day on the job- She was so helpful. I totally enjoyed chatting with her and her mentor. My stay was fabulous and those 2 gals really made it better!!!”

”The front desk staff were awesome especially Dottie and Dena. They made the trip more enjoyable. Breakfast was great daily. The only issue I had was the hot water needs to be checked; the shower didnt stay hot and the water in the sink didnt stay hot. Other than that, it was a great experience.”

”Was there for a convention and it was convenient. It says absolutely NO SMOKING everywhere but the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. Spacious suites. Convenient parking spaces. Near Stewart international airport. Less than an hour drive to NYC. It’s nasty but when all hotels in the area are full, consider it camping.”

”my key did not work to get back in had to walk around the property at midnight. also why this motel holds a 80 dollars for damage on the property when you do the reservation its not on it.”

”This place was very scary looking! I didn’t feel safe! We went to the room got dressed and took our stuff and left! I didn’t even go back.”

”Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. I’d give it 2 stars but staff brought it up a bit. Ok for the night; but...

”Just awful on every level. Rooms, stairwells, property filthy and run down. Check in person rude and dismissive. People smoking cigarettes outside entrance doors. Had I not been staying only one night I would have not even made it through. A horrible experience.”

”The place was great, but keep in mind there’s no housekeeping. And the walls are paper thin, so if people are talking in the next room you will hear it.”

”The bed was awful sunken in on the sides and middle. The sheets were dirty and the floor and chair was stained. I accidentally took off my socks and walked on that floor the developed an itch on my foot. I was afraid something would crawl on me and bite me so I slept with the lights on.”

”The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

”Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.”

”I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access”
