”Very clean, staff all very helpful. Very good value generous continental breakfast. The beds were very comfy and plenty of clean soft towels”

”Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉”

”A more traditional hotel, with lots of period features. We received a warm welcome from the staff. The Executive Room we had been allocated had a huge, and very comfortable, bed, and there was plenty of space in the room, with good hanging space and a sofa in the bay window. The bathroom was a little dated, but entirely functional. The hotel is close to the centre, but has lots of free parking to the rear. We did not have breakfast. We would definitely use this hotel in the future.”

”What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area”

”Room was very clean with nice furniture and modern shower room, staff fantastic, food amazing. We were in the room right above the kitchen, so very noisy (though quieted down at a reasonable time). The bed was very soft (or maybe worn out?), so every time my husband rolled over, the bed sunk in the middle, causing me to roll towards the middle as well.”

”Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. If you are driving at night or low visibility, beware of the speed humps! The markings have worn away and they are brutal! Drive extra...
