Cross Gates Hotellit

”Breakfast is great Did nt recommend the restaurant at night for food my main course was cold and undercooked Never even offered to replace it or offer to take of bill or even some kind of discount And it wasn’t cheap”

”Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. We ate in the restaurant one evening and paid premium prices for very poor food. The pizza appeared to have a shop-bought base and...

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. ”Hyvä perus hotelli, ei valittamista.”

”Location”

”It was ok, but I was expecting a kettle to make tea - no such thing. Bring your own kettle.”

”Great location with plenty of places to eat out nearby. My Lahore next door was great and the Kirkstall brewery do good beer and pizzas.”

The situation was compounded by a strong odour coming through the ventilation system that smelled like sewage or toilet waste. The lifts were not functioning during my stay, creating additional inconvenience. Furthermore, building or maintenance work taking place outside the hotel produced...

”Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch.”
