”The house was in excellent condition, very clean, very convenient to Knoxville, just far enough out of the city to hear the birds in the early morning as they wake up for their day. I highly recommend staying here, Ms. Kathy is an excellent host.”

”We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there). We did not use all the facilities available, because we were out most of the time...

”Aunt B's was fully set up for the 4 of us, immaculate & comfortable. From Bon Air, we traveled into town, into the country and to Casa Marina Mexican Restaurant. Cyndee made sure we would be comfortable with snacks, soap, shampoo but mostly with the homey ambiance of this vacation spt.”

”It was very nice place, a beautiful crate to look at at. We were able to rest out on the porch. Listen to the sounds of the creatures and animals. And of course the beautiful sound of the water. I would love to come back again at another visit.Tjank you”

”My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

”We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10!...
