We didn't get the type of room we paid for and the mattress was beyond uncomfortable, had a very thin duvet and only 2 very thin pillows. Room was ok but dated bed was uncomfortable as i could feel the springs sticking into my back the entire night and when trying to get hot water out of the shower the water was only dripping out
