”The Free airport shuttle will only collect you from terminal C, they don't tell you this at all and we had to pay for an uber.
The whole hotel smells like mould..
The staff are rude and unhelpful..
I would not stay here again”

”Hotel was recently refurbished. Elevator and ice machines do not work. Booked a room with jacuzzi tub - that apparently doesn’t exist. Still advertising jacuzzi rooms on their website. No reduction in the price for the higher room rate charged, just given a standard room. Staff were pleasant but could not offer a resolution and could not reach the Manager by phone, mid afternoon. Shuttle was prompt and efficient. We would not book here again although the rates are reasonable for an airport...
