”The staff went above and beyond when my husband and I found our flight had been canceled and needed to stay a few hours more. The staff was obliging and helped us out in every way possible. Can't say enough good things about this place!”

”We didn't like the presence of a disinfectant odor in the room. We had to change rooms due to the chemical burning our eyes in the first room. The second room also had the same burning sensation except in lower concentration. The air conditioner made a noise, and it was very close to the bed. We couldn't turn the fan off. It was a very long night, and morning couldn't come soon enough. We had to return home for rest. The breakfast was ok.”

”The hotel did not mention there will be breaks for airport shuttle service pickups. When we arrived between 12:30 and 1pm, called multiple time for pickup request, the front desk person insisted the shuttle service was done at 12:30pm, we need to wait next shift person who will start at 3PM. So we have no choice but to at airport for more than two hours. When the shuttle service driver knew the situation later when picked up at 3.10, he also agreed that hotel should call him and he could came...
