”The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. ”This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. Overall, would rent again.”

”We booked for a last minute short getaway. The best feature of the property was the convenient beach access. The unit was quiet, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The futon was uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult. We would book again but would probably bring an air mattress. It's probably fine for small kids. Highly recommend for a short beach getaway.”

”Great location. Very close to beach. The A/C unit cooled pretty well. Was not expecting de-humidifier which ran constantly and was louder than the A/C unit. Even with blinds and curtains shut a lot of light came in room from the exterior lighting. No bathroom sink was rather awkward. Never seen that before. The shower was updated and very nice. We definitely appreciated the 2 ceiling fans.”

”Kitchen needs to be better equipped to meet the needs of a family. There is absolutely no place to put you clothes, the closets are full of personal items (laundry baskets with lamp, art work etc) leaving no space for visitors belongings. The 2 night stands in the rooms with drawers are full of linens. Would not stay again. When we arrived the primary bedroom door was locked from the inside and we had to find a pin to unlock it. The staff at the security gate were very friendly and accommodating...

”We just stayed at this condo last week. It was really nice. There were 4 of us. A nice master bedroom, very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had twin beds and they were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was great. The living room and dining area were very large and well equipped with puzzles, games, really nice tvs. It also had a great back deck with a good view of the water. It was just a short walk to the beach which was great. We would highly recommend this place...

”Reason being, I never saw the place. I was into 1hr 20min of my 3.5 hour drive when I got a call saying it had been double booked. And they didn't have anything to replace it with from I'm assuming property management. Had to then call 'girls group' to say I was on the way to pick the three of them up but had no idea where we were going to stay! ”
