”The place was clean and looked just as the pictures suggested. It's only a short (and pleasant) walk to the beach. I had a few questions, and the property manager was more than helpful. We did have a mix-up with not having a parking pass, but the time of year I stayed meant that it really didn't make much of a difference. I hope a backup parking pass isn't tough to acquire in the future.”

”We were a group of 5 adults. Nice property with lots of bedrooms and amenities. Right on beach and folks enjoyed the hot tub. A little too early and chilly for pool. Only drawback was we come down in 3 trucks, and parking is really only convenient for 2 vehicles. This neighborhood also has no on-street parking. So 2 vehicles is all this property can accommodate comfortably, which is unusual given the number of bedrooms and people it can accommodate.”

The bed was comfortable. Only other issue we had was we showed up along with another family to check in and no one was there. ”If you want a small place, close to the beach, and with few frills, this is the place. It provides a convenient place to stay that is affordable. Do not expect to be able to cook full meals as the kitchen is not equipped. You also may want to bring your own bath towels.”

”When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.”
