âA very simple & overpriced hotel in a good location. Room cleaning during stay not included, no room service or restaurant in the hotel neither. Just a vending machine with soda, chocolate and crisps. Staff (one person) in the reception 24/7. Felt a bit unsafe at times, despite the hotel entrance being locked after 10 PM. A small bathroom in which water from shower leaked to the floor. Wifi & air conditioning worked well.â
âMy first room the air con was not working or the tv - went to ask if maintenance could help and was just instantly upgraded.
Fab service - although someone did walk in to our room at 10:30 thinking it was empty !â
âInitial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions.â

Breakfasts were great, a good choice from the buffet, and the cooked breakfast, plenty of options - delicious!

âHad room overlooking canal basin. Very hot but fan in room. Fridge microwave and crockery provided with list of local takeaways. Was Stonehouse restaurant next door which was ok as no onsite restaurant. Steep stairs to first floor and no lift seen. Parking ok. â
âWe had a lovely stay at this Inn. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was great. All the staff we came across were friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing (Full English) with really fresh quality produce in a wonderful setting.â
