The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Absolutely superb in every way. BUT.... The room(s) was/are under a sloped, tiled roof. Weather very warm. But it was unbearably hot. Unable to sleep properly. A real shame, as it was otherwise excellent."

"- Breakfast is very basic, would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. - Bedrooms are very dirty and smelly. - Checked in to my bedroom which had a dirty toilet full of stains, the toilet would not flush properly. Water running thru the whole night. Sink getting blocked everytime ..."

"Always live the diner, but cannot say the same for the tvs - they rarely respond to their remotes and this time a member of staff have to come and power off the wall switch (you canât risk it yourself in case the tv crashes to the floor)."
