I recently stayed at this magnificent hotel in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, and I have to say: the images online do not do it justice. The moment you arrive, you realize the hotel is far more stunning, vibrant, and welcoming than any picture can capture. It’s truly a standout property in the center of the city. The early check‑in was incredibly helpful and made my arrival smooth and stress‑free. It set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuine. Whether it was check‑in, guidance around the area, or day‑to‑day support, they consistently went above and beyond. If you’re visiting Downtown ATL, this hotel is absolutely worth choosing. It delivers comfort, beauty, and service at a level that far exceeds expectations. Highly recommended.

Our stay here was nothing short of pleasant. The staff were awesome, rooms spotless. 5 min walk to COSM to catch our show. No complaints here! Will definitely return.

The hotel itself was nice but everything was soooo confusing. Like which elevator to use (certain elevators only go to certain floors), how to get to the gym/pool. I think the layout is weird and the parking was awful. The room was nice but I’ve stayed in better for the same price. Overall, hotel was nice but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.
