”The “continental” breakfast amounted to 3 choices of pre-packaged donuts or pastry, a dispenser with orange juice or coffee. The coffee was good. There is NO daily maid service, in fact NO maid service AT ALL unless you request it. You get what you pay for, I suppose.”

”I will not stay here if I had a choice I got a late arrival which I told the staff ahead of time but even though upon arrival the staff was very rude and condescending. She acted like I was not prepared for check-in and didn't it even have a reservation. The room was all right. The curtain was broke in the lights didn't work. The Continental breakfast basically consisted of coffee and maybe some sliced bread”

”The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking.”

”The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

”This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. The long term...

”Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel.”

”The worst hotel and service ever...they don't have a front desk, you have to check in by 11pm, and if you don't arrive before then you lose your room but they still charge you”

”The air conditioning worked just fine. The room had obviously been updated. You could hear people staying in rooms next door. Bed was not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Pillows weren't great either. No conditioner. Walk in shower didn't have enough lip so it leaked all over bathroom. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. ”

The breakfast options was terrible the eggs were old the toast was old the options were bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, apple, gravy, drinks and waffle .. The Air conditioning was outdated..Matress was hard abd weak so I didn’t get good sleep and the pillows matched it..I found ants crawling at the foot of the mattress right before checking out..”

”Could tell the room wasn’t cleaned trash cans still had trash in them bar of soap was opened used and left on the bathroom counter mirror and sink was water spotted and not cleaned no wash rags air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the breakfast was awful oh yeah and the lady in heels above me pacing her room at 6am so I couldn’t sleep sucked as well”
