”The night auditor was not an imposition to handle situations that came up. The electric went out in our room and the hotel is full, so they put us in a room with no key. The only way we could access it was within an executive key and that room had holes in the wall. I asked to get in touch with the manager. They told me they could not they weren’t allowed to call him.”

”The water in the swimming pool looked murky, the hot tub had no water at all. The towels seemed thin and scratchy, the mattress passable but no that great. Breakfast was OK but not as many choices as other places I have stayed. ”

”The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. ”

”Valet and front desk were not very friendly at check in. I did not realize the hotel didn’t offer room service so I called when I got to the room and was told they don’t do that but I could order take out from the restaurant. Then she said they close at 4:30 and it was 4:05 and they were already closed. No coffee in room either. Check out staff and valet were nice the next morning. ”
