There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. ”

”The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.”

”The night auditor was not an imposition to handle situations that came up. The electric went out in our room and the hotel is full, so they put us in a room with no key. The only way we could access it was within an executive key and that room had holes in the wall. I asked to get in touch with the manager. They told me they could not they weren’t allowed to call him.”

”Hotel is crying for renovation, far from luxury. I had prepaid my room and took a deposit of 600$ over a 4 night stay, tried to charge me for two extra nights (we switched rooms after 2 nights cause the room smelled like mold). Second room was better. ”

”The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the wifi fine. My only complaint was that the two treadmills were out of order and the temperature in the fitness room was 76 degrees and no way to lower it. The weigh selection was great. There were two exercise bikes and two ellipticals, and a wonderful pool. ”
