Welcome to your home away from home, Lewisville Grand House! We're so excited for your trip to begin.

This lovely, well cared, immaculate and traditional styled house is located at Lewisville, Texas. With the spacious rooms and living areas, oversize master suite with massive closet, extended patio and solid privacy fence, we believe Lewisville Grand House can bring you and your family the best and unique experience ever.

The location is close to many attractions, especially Sea Life Aquarium (the world's largest family of aquariums, providing immersive marine experience with hundreds of ocean creatures) within 11 minutes. Much more fun is waiting for you and your family/friends!

AC was great. The children’s room had some toys and a desk which was nice. It appeared in the pictures that the back yard was bigger. It was small and not much room to play for four kiddos. There are two tables with four chairs at each and it would have been nice to have chairs for each of the guest since it can sleep many-there were thirteen of us. It is near DFW so there is a lot of air traffic noise which bothered some of our guests. Overall it worked for our two night stay. The host was helpful and responsive.

We loved this stay! The house was perfect for the 11 of us. Everyone was able to have their own space but also able to come together around the table for food and games. Would recommend extra chairs(folding) as we didn’t have enough for everyone to sit. We brought couple of the nonbroken chairs in from outside, Was great though. Kids all liked having the air hockey and option of board games however we had our cards so they played with those most of the time. Would definitely stay again if we do big family event.

The house was not clean at all. The main floor bathroom electrical outlets didn't work. The secondary bedroom ceiling fan and most of the electrical outlets didn't work. The carpet had large stains everywhere. The floor had not been vacuumed. The garbage disposal did not work. The master shower drain pipe was exposed. The secondary bath tub drain was partially clogged and the water drained very slowly. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Good location and nice size house. Had some problems with the washer so was unable to use, carpets may be clean but are super stained so don’t ‘appear’ clean, living room fan was super dirty the dust flew off into us when we turned it on. Owner was responsive though and I feel these issues will be addressed for next renter. Also suggested they stock the kitchen a bit better as we had no trash bags, sponges or oven kits to use. House has great bones, just needs some TLC.

Beautiful property, looks just like the pictures. Very comfortable beds in each room, fantastic kitchen. Easy access to highways and other destinations. I enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood. One of my coworkers and I went for early morning runs several days and not only felt safe but enjoyed seeing other beautiful homes and greeting other joggers and dog walkers.

Had several issues that could have been addressed before our stay. Broken refrigerator door led to refrigerator icing up and not cooling requiring us to use coolers to avoid loss of food. Broken bed was knowingly not repaired before moving in. Several broken items in the home appears to be be indicative of poor overall maintenance..

Met our kids in the middle to celebrate a quick Christmas!!! House was absolutely perfect and super clean. Our only suggestion would be to have carpets cleaned!!! We loved it and felt very comfortable!!!

Wonderful Home for a Family!

Our family felt right at home in this beautiful home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for us to host Thanksgiving dinner for our big family. The host responded immediately and even sent more kitchen supplies so we would be able to prepare a great holiday meal. Entering the home was so easy, and the Wifi was fast. Thank you for being a home where our family made great memories!

Great Stay!

We came into town for an event. This was the perfect place for our group. The snack/water left for us by the host was a nice surprise. Place was clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was smooth from booking, check-in and check-out. We had a great stay. We would definitely stay again.
