You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

- 15-17 mins from Uptown Dallas and Plano, Lower Greenville Dallas, White Rock Lake, Addison
- 20 mins from Carrolton and Love Field Airport
- 26 mins from Frisco

★ Our cozy, rustic home: A spacious 1 Bedroom apt unit that is located on the 1st floor. With 1 bedroom,1 bathrooms, and 1 King Bed this is the perfect getaway that is driving distance to Dallas hotspots.

Guest will have access to all amenities with the accommodation.

The space is entirely yours during your reservation. Our property manger Lilly will be available if needed.
Quiet hours between 11PM and 8AM.
Complementary supplies provided on arrival, but cannot be refilled.
Long-term guests (60 days+) will be required to sign a lease
Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and may result in a booking cancellation
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (including the private balcony)
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.
Lost key fee is $125
Lost parking sticker is $125
Smoking fee $300
Item return fee is $25 + cost of shipping

Flexible Check-in Option:

Check-in between 1 PM and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Check-in before 1 PM: Pay the previous night's rate.

Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at the hourly rate (25$ per hour), as it depends on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day. For a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to pay the previous night's rate.
