The room was generally clean, but it could have been cleaner. There were visible stains on the walls and residue splattered on the door handle, which is not what I would expect given the cost of the stay. A room at this price point should be spotless.
The dining area and breakfast experience were the most disappointing aspects. The chairs in the dining area had visible crumbs and stains, even though I arrived early for the breakfast buffet. The food quality was poor overall. The chicken was dry and unappetizing, and the food trays were not properly labeled. The milk was also unlabeled, requiring me to taste it to determine what type it was. The only item that was enjoyable was the fruit.
For the price paid, the food should at least be edible and the dining area properly maintained. Basic items such as salt and pepper were also noticeably absent. Overall, cleanliness and food quality are the primary areas needing improvement.
