Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in as per the Building Parking Policy.



Examples of vehicles that will be turned away include:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or malfunctioning controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, long economy vans (10 passengers or more), or any vehicle exceeding 6'8" in height.

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells or storage containers (too difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles modified with aftermarket lifts or larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking car-type controls.



Pets are allowed based on their size, but please inform us in advance if you plan to bring one to avoid any cancellations. An additional cleaning fee will apply for each pet.



Pet fees are as follows, based on the duration of your stay:

- For stays of 1 to 4 nights: $35 per pet, per night.

- For stays of 5 to 29 nights: $250 per pet.

- For stays of 30 nights or more: $400 per pet.



Please be aware that we are not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.



**PRIOR GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED**



To meet legal requirements and ensure security, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information will be used only for screening purposes and will not be stored or used otherwise.



All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to the following:



Before booking, guests must comply with our rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, complete a background check if required by management or the owner, and finish our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must submit the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification requirements.



Each stay includes a $49 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
