  • Enjoy a refined 1-bedroom condo on historic Swiss Avenue with a comfortable queen bed, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer/dryer. Guests also receive access to our off-site Gaston Wellness Retreat, about 5 minutes away, with a pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, co-working lounge, and margarita machine.

    Please note that the Jacuzzi/hot tub in Gaston is currently unavailable for the season.

Guests also receive complimentary access to our Gaston Wellness Retreat, approximately 5 minutes away. The pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, co-working lounge, and margarita machine are off-site at Gaston.

Great location for proximity to Baylor Hospital

Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal.
