The hotel was undergoing renovations. There were construction materials & workers everywhere.
The person at the check in desk was rude & hard to understand.
I was put in a 3rd floor room at the far end of the hall. When I got all my stuff up there, I discovered it was a tap key door lock, but I was given a key card that needed to be inserted into a slot lock. So I had to haul all my luggage back to the front desk, to get another key. Instead he put me in a different room.
My room had already been renovated so it looked clean & nice, but the bed sheets didn’t fit & the blanket had stains on it.
This was an extended stay location, but there was absolutely nothing supplied for the kitchen area.
When I asked about ice, he said no they don’t have that. When I asked about breakfast, he said all they have is coffee.
Once, on my 3rd day there, I was stopped before getting on the elevator, so he could check my room number.
It appears that maybe unhoused people were staying there also.
