This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
I booked three nights at this hotel based on the information listed online, but almost everything was misleading or completely inaccurate.
The listing clearly said breakfast was included, but when I arrived there was no breakfast at all. This is simply false advertising.
The property is listed as a 3-star hotel, but the condition and service are nowhere close to that standard.
There were multiple serious problems during my stay:
• The main entrance door was broken, which raises serious security concerns.
• There were homeless people around the entrance, making the property feel unsafe.
• I was genuinely worried about my car being damaged in the parking lot.
• The first room had electrical issues and water leaking, forcing me to change rooms.
• The second room had a broken air conditioner, and despite reporting it, no one fixed it.
• I had to stay two days in about 80°F heat without air conditioning, which is unacceptable.
• The hotel does not provide even basic bottled water.
• The swimming pool was dirty and closed.
• There were bugs in the room.
For the price charged, this place is nowhere near a 3-star hotel. It honestly feels closer to a poorly maintained budget motel.
The most disappointing part is that the staff did nothing to solve the problems.
