Needed a place to host a gathering for some guys that came into town to watch some football games. We all traveled from different areas. This location was central. Host communicated with me immediately after making reservation. The entry instructions were easy to follow. Kitchen and seating area was very well equipped. Very nice seating area in the back yard. Great stay.

The beds, bathrooms, living area was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was also clean except that there were cockroaches in the one cabinet that had all the cooking pans. Completely avoided it after i saw the roaches. Way too many bugs in the house apart from that too. Part of it just how the area is but wish pest control did a better job.The host/property manager was very poot in communicating. Didnt even get a response back for the last messages I sent the night before my departure. Will definitely not stay here again

1. TV service did not work. Router seemed to be working but we kept getting a message that a wire/cable was not plugged in or working.2. Found 2 German roaches in kitchen. 1 adult by refrigerator and a nymph in the sink. 3. Toilet seats were old. 4. BBQ grill was a frgile, inexpensive model.5. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the site

The house was great, it was very clean with lots of room. Having the highchair there was so nice for my 17 mo grandson. The neighborhood was very nice and it was close to town. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay

The property was clean and exactly as listed. There was ample room for lounging and eating. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for our morning coffee. The kitchen has limited utensils, cookware but we managed fine. We have family in the area and would definitely stay at this rental again.

Great Place to Spend a Few Days

We attended a concert in Dallas, and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, well stocked linens, and comfortable beds. We spent 3 nights, but would have enjoyed more. It was plenty roomy but yet still cozy. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Suggestions for improvements

The kitchen is woefully inadequate. There should be more baking items like casserole dishes, muffin pans, cookie sheets. There should be mixing bowls, spatula, scissors, pitchers for drinks such as Kool aid or powder instant drinks or tea.
