Designed for comfort, this room has two queen-size beds with plush foam mattresses, a walk-in closet, and reading lamps, ideal for family or guests.

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Features a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, toiletries, and a vanity with mirror.

• Bathroom 2 (shared): Includes a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, toiletries, and a vanity with mirror.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully stocked kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy. Includes oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, water kettle, and essentials. Glassware, silverware, pots, and pans are also provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy exclusive use of building amenities such as the pool, gym, and free parking. Self-check-in is available for a contactless experience, and guests are welcome to use all provided appliances, electronics, and kitchenware.



Garage parking is complimentary; guests simply need to register their vehicle to prevent towing. Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.

Free parking is included for guests with vehicles. Walking is easy for local dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Major highways and thoroughfares are just minutes away, making access to the wider Dallas area simple and convenient.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee based on the length of stay:

• $35/night for stays of 1–4 nights

• $250 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights

• $400 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

Please request approval before booking to avoid any issues.

For safety and compliance, guest verification is required prior to arrival. All guests must:

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

• Verify contact information

• Complete a secure online verification process

• Undergo a background check if requested

By booking, you agree to:

• Follow all rental policies

• Submit a valid ID before check-in

• Complete verification within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations)

• Sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay

Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the reservation.

For your safety and property protection:

• Hallway cameras operate in common areas.

• A noise monitoring device is installed inside the unit (monitors sound levels only, not conversations).



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



A $55 Damage Protection Program is applied to each reservation, covering accidental damages up to $150.
