Dallasin uusi Hot Spot! Aivan Lower-Greenville Ave. Walkable, vilkas & lähellä kaikkea. Mins from Downtown. Mukavasti nukkuu 3 vierasta (mutta mahtuu 4). Täydellinen keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Katolla olevat ravintolat + kaupat + baarit. Classic Spanish Design täyttää paikalliset trendit. Paikallisten taiteilijoiden suunnittelema ja muotoiltu.

Artist Suunniteltu Studio. Avoin olohuone on sisustettu käyttäjäystävällisellä Murphy-sängyllä, joka sopii uuteen Hybrid-Comfort-patjoihin ja pehmoleluihin (Chipin ja Joanna Gainesin innoittamana, joka tarjoaa mukavuutta juuri sinun vuoteesi kotona) sekä meidän vuodesohvaamme. Täydellinen keittiö ja täysin varusteltu kylpyhuone. Alkuperäiset puulattiat Vintage Charmilla. Ja tietysti tarjoamme tuoreita puhtaita liinavaatteita.

Olemme vain 30 minuutin päässä Cowboys AT & T stadionista, Rangersin stadionista, Six Flagsista ja Hurricane Harbourista. American Airlines Centerin koti, Mavs, Stars, hauskoja konsertteja ja loputtoman viihdettä. Bussipysäkki asunnossa. Hotelli sijaitsee täydellisesti nähdä kaikki Dallas tarjoaa.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I received several flea bites and found multiple fleas in the unit. The property manager did not offer me a refund for the remainder of my stay. The property manager told me that a pest control company came to treat for fleas, but I still found more fleas after the treatment. VRBO thankfully refunded my for the remainder of my stay out of their own pocket.Based on my experience in this unit, I would personally avoid others in this building or under this ownership.

I had a decent stay at this property. There was nothing that made my trip unbearable but nothing that really made it stand out to book again either. For those who might have any disabilities/mobility issues it should be stated that the way to get up to the room is stairs. The parking lot in the back of the property that’s mentioned is locked, you have to park in the front of the building which is tiny space with a big drop off that might damage your car. We had to have someone step out of the car to make sure we didn’t drop off any when trying to back up. If there are multiple people parking there it will make it way more difficult. The toliet and the bathtub are extremely close together so again, if you have any mobility issues or really tall you will be really uncomfortable using the bedroom. If you are staying during the summer please be aware there are not curtains only blinds and just one window unit to cool the apartment. The facility was clean and welcoming. The other guests were very quiet and we never heard a peep from anyone else which was nice. The host was also easy to get ahold of. The facility was close to down town activities which was the reason for the visit and was a plus. I had a decent time but I really wanted my review to be honest for those who are looking to book and might need the pre warning about not being the best choice for everyone out there :)

Fantastic Stay

Very nice, clean and neat apartment in a very active neighborhood with plenty of things to do within walking distance. The accommodations were nothing short of excellent, comfortable and economical. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Dallas. Thanks again for the tremendous hospitality.

Location was so perfect. I had the whole building to myself somehow this weekend so that was a plus. I didnt hang out in the room very much but must say it was better then a hotel. Im glad to have the bar The Ave within a 3 minute walk, what a fun bar to drink at. See you again Studio 7!

Wonderful as usual!

We come to Dallas every year and always book thos apartment. The price is very good and the property manager goes a great job. This apartment is charming and feels very private. Its perfect for couples, especially with the soaking tub. We look forward to staying here again next year.

holiday inn takes a back seat!

We were very pleased with our stay. Nice ,neat curb appeal . Easy access to updated vintage apartments. Loved the original wood floors and the thoughtful decor and comforts provided. Exceptionally clean thru out . A quiet peaceful place to stay.

Perfect Location

This studio apartment was very clean and located in an excellent location. It was very convenient to everything. Several shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. The apartment was very nice and has a large claw foot style soaking tub. Hopefully this place will be available next year when we come back to Dallas.

Great area. What was pictured was accurate. Clean, nice bed and pillows! Could hear traffic as if windows were open though. Hated to use outlet/mirror near front door to dry my hair early AM’s but no outlet in bathroom.

Petite studio but lovely

The place was in a great location. It was a cute place. The shower was slippery but juts be careful when you shower, I wasn't but I'm good. Lower Greenville was just one street away. Loved the place and the host was good.

Dallas birthday weekend

Location is perfect to walk to area restaurants and bars with a shirt drive to Deep Ellum area and American Airlines Center. Manager is easy to contact and helpful.

Communication with property owner was the worst. Got sent to the wrong apartment to begin with. Apartment was drafty and cold. Shower was awkward. Coffee was gross. Great walking location to lower greenville & and cute neighborhood though.

Loved this apartment, but beware that the property overall is undergoing renovation construction. This unit has not yet been updated, so windows are drafty, wall outlets are few, and the heating unit doesn’t heat the whole place.

Clean, Bright, and Location!

First time staying in Dallas, and this is a great find. This part of Dallas (Greenville) has a mecca of places to eat, drink and shop, literally a 2 minute walk! The place is clean, eclectic and plenty of room for two. It mentions a Murphy bed which is is not, but thankfully comfortable. Our only thought was better towels and some cleaning supplies (we always leave our rentals as clean as we expect...we had to go to the store to buy some paper towels and cleaner, but not a big deal). Over all a GREAT place! Clean, secure, and the owner was on top of responding and making sure our stay was a good one. Would love to come back.
