Bad experience staying here. Will never book again.
1.) AC was broken and was extremely loud, waking me up at multiple times over the course of the night.
2.) When I arrived the battery on my door was dead, so I couldn't leave my room as I pleased until the following morning when there was a tech available to fix it.
3.) Water pressure was extremely low and almost impossible to use sinks and shower.
4.) Walls are paper thin and there is no noise control. I could hear full conversations from other rooms on both sides. There was banging all night and loud TV's.
5.) Housekeeping banging on the door way too early in the morning.
6.) I was laying in bed on my last night, I shut my eyes for a little, when I re-opened them I saw one of the biggest roaches Ive ever seen in my life staring at me on the wall.
7.)The hallways smell like wet dog and mold, there needs to be some kind of air freshening.
8.) No complimentary bottled waters in the room. But if you go down to the lobby they are selling tiny water bottles for $7. For seven dollars!!!!!!!
