”Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!). ”This was such an amazing stay, we really wished we could have stayed longer. The host is absolutely delightful and very responsive. She greated us and did a brief walk through of certian items in need. The house itself looks brand new on the inside and immaculate. The location was perfect and a great relaxing atmosphere, close to things of our interest. We would highly recommend and certianly stay there again. ”

”An excellent discovery of the Melfort Village. Our cottage was perfect in every way. Clean and very cosy with all the essentials. The location is really good as if is slightly raised over the village and the view from the main area and master bedroom is stunning. You can see over the villages and through the lake. ”The setting is idyllic in lovely peaceful surroundings, nature all around. The cottage is large, airy and bright and everything you could need was provided. Although quite a distance from Oban, the main road was pretty quiet and a pleasant drive. The pool was an added bonus, but the sauna wasn't working. We were there on the hottest weekend of the year, so didn't need the sauna.”

”As a family of 5 with a dog we have spent the last 2 Christmas’s at the mountain cottage’s and they are just perfect. No Wifi which is a blessing for a week of no screens, so getting out in the local area for some fantastic walks is the only entertainment you need. The cottages have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A little peice of heaven for some peace and seclusion at the end of a busy year. We will be back!”

"Huone oli siisti. Vanha hotelli, jota oli remontoitu mutta huonosti. Vaikea säätää suihkun lämpötilaa. Kylpyhuoneen lattia rikki, sekä päällä oleva muovimatto kuten alla oleva rakenne. Ensimmäisen kerroksen baarin äänet kuuluivat keskiyöhön huoneeseen. Hyvä wi-fi. Aamupala ok, mutta ehkä vähän hintava. Sokkeloiset käytävät, paljon portaita. Henkilökunta pääosin ystävällistä."
