It’s located in a great spot just a couple blocks from downtown shops and restaurants and then about 4 blocks the other direction is the ocean, pier and a few places to eat. No A/C and most windows can't be opened, so in the afternoon inside temperatures would reach 90 degrees. No salt or pepper, limited pots and pans, no wine glasses. Coffee pot didn't work.
