”We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. ”We loved the location but there were 2 issues. One, note there is a unit above this one and you hear every step and luggage wheel on your head. We’d rent the unit above next time. Two, this unit has 2 ceiling fans and we called on them the first day as 1 didn’t work in the bedroom and the other in the living room had a loud sound on every rotation. ”Perhaps 10 years ago, this was a good property with a wonderful view. Today it is rundown and filthy. There were cockroaches in our unit, french fries underneath the beds, an icemaker that quit working and was very noisy and no one came to fix it. The furniture was torn and filthy. No direction or help when we had issues.”
