”The house was very clean when our group arrived and the property owners were very attentive with answering questions and staying in contact during our stay. When our group left some items behind after our stay, the owner quickly found the items and shipped them back to us within 5 days. Would highly recommend this property!”

”My group and I were looking for a place to accommodate 22 people which can be quite hard to do. We spoke with Joe about the extra guests we would have and he was super accommodating about it! Noting also that this place is HUGE. With a group our size, there were plenty of extra beds that could be set up! The amenities were even bigger in person! The pool was huge and although my group rented this home for Coachella music festival weekend, no one wanted to get ready because we wanted to stay in...

”This was our first time to the island. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, the property was as described. The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.”

”Our stay at this Three Rivers home was so peaceful and pleasant and just what we hoped for. The home was clean, well stocked and just as advertised. For entertainment we drove up to the a sequoia National forest and hiked on three different days. Also stopped in for lunch at Sierra Subs - the best! And the Pizza Factory for dinner - also amazing! We would stay here again.”

”The house is in Kenwood, which was a perfect location for our group (4 couples), as we spent time in Healdsburg down to the town of Sonoma - so great central location. The house itself has 4 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom. Beautiful yard for outdoor events . Heated pool, etc. House really has it all. Would love to get back sooner than later.”

”From the moment we pulled in, we were in awe. The property is private and gorgeous. There are ocean views from everywhere- the yard, the decks, the hottub, many rooms in the house. The back trail to the beach is super convenient. We walked into town along the main road which is a little uncomfortable but not bad. The Dipsea trail is so close that we went for a nice hike without even intending to. Stinson is a special place and this property elevates the magic in an big way.”

Our three generation family chose this property for its proximity to several celebration venues we were attending, but we were pleased to find the home so inviting. We have often stayed in rental houses, this is a home. Every amenity is provided in a truly beautiful setting. We felt like treasured family members visiting Tuscany.”
