Chalet't – Daniel

”Great place with own big beach and diveshop at the shore. Only problem was the general service level and attitude. ”

”Alue oli hyvin miellyttävä ja etenkin ranta. Snorklaus rannassa oli hyvin mielenkiintoista. Pettymyksenä oli internet-yhteyden puuttuminen.”

”We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...

”Very friendly staff, and always willing to help. Beautiful enviroment with pools, flowers and green everywhere. Beach short walking distance away and always beachchairs available. Many restaurants to choose from (for breakfast too). Only problem was the non-existing soundproofing in the rooms. Although otherwise nice, the apartment was basicly a wooden box. You could hear everything from outside like walking and normal talking, but also from the room above you and beside you. And I mean...

”Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä. Huone hyvän kokoinen, äänieristys olematon. Aamupala melko niukka, esim. Ei voita leivänpäälle.”

”There are no real windows (glass) in the windows, just wooden shades. This means, that all the sounds from the street come directly in. My room was facing a restaurant, that had live music on several nights, so I couldn't block that noise in any way. One one evening they had a large party with amplifiers and DJ, so it was really loud! Luckily, it only lasted a few hours. But do bring ear plugs with you, otherwise you can't sleep. Hotel staff is really friendly and nice. ”

”Rooms are outdated”

”Hyvä resort, mahtavalla paikalla, oltiin samassa ennen coronaa, Kaikki tarvittava löytyy 200m säteellä,paitsi ruokakauppa, siihen pääsee joka aamu ilmaiseksi omalla pikkubussilla. Ruoka ravitoloissa keskitasoa, hinnat suomen tasoa. Kaikki on ihan rannalla.”

”Property is beautiful, rooms are clean. Communication with front desk is useless, we asked for another toaster and in 7 days we were there never got it. Room was cleaned for 3 days and they stop coming for the rest of our trip. There is no hairdryer or iron in the room, you have to ask at the front desk and bring it back after use. Other than that it’s a comfortable place to stay.”

”- The workers say to just text them on what apps for assistance. They messages me back once and didn’t reply again for the rest of my stay .. -THERE ARE BED BEGS !!! my arms, legs & neck was bit up and a doctor confirmed that it was bed bug bites”

”So, our review will be mixed. We had a great time. I would say the property is “clean” and food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. Service was mixed. There were some exceptional people and some that were lazy. The other thing that we didn’t like and noticed is that the bars would only rinse glasses vs use clean ones from dishwasher when busy. We saw this at multiple bars. We also saw dirty dishes that didn’t get clean. I would recommend bringing your own cup/glass and having...
