”The property was beautiful and loaded with amenities! It just wasn’t super clean, I kept randomly finding things throughout my stay that were progressively more dirty. The soles of my feet were completely black at the end of my stay despite not going outside. I found dirty dishes in the cabinet, spiderwebs strung through almost every set of blinds, random clumps of hair, and even a toenail on the cover for the pullout bed.”

”Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible.”
