”Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. I am a consummate way over packer due to this fact. (Camping electric stove burner, toaster, cups, ect. Can be found in my Luggage) This Hotel made me sorry that I over packed. They had everything that I needed!! And more!

”Capital Heights Hotel was an unexpectedly great find. The rooms are clean and nice. Location is convenient. The hotel itself is gated. I ended up extending my stay by a day. ”

”i spent 3 nights in this hotel and liked it very much. Hotel area was well secured and before you could enter, you had to go throu secure-point. Personnel was very, very friendly and polite. They were ready to do everything to make you enjoy hotel and its services. I took swimming pool and sauna twice. Sauna was not hot enough for Finnish taste, but it was clean and nice bonus. ”

”The only problem with this hotel is that the rooms used to be adjacent, which means that there is still a door connecting rooms. While the door is blocked, all noise passes through the door, which can be annoying (you hear everything from the next room).
Otherwise, this is a clean, safe, small hotel. It is not located in the Central Business District, but is convenient for accessing the Kilimani area. Alcohol is not served.”

”One side of the property has a construction going on and it can get very noisy during the especially if you in one of the room next to it. So ask to move to other side of the property. But other than that the place is clean and the stuff are very friendly and helpful and the view of the 7th floor is beautiful ”
”Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...
