”Worst experience at a hotel ever. Vaughn was great when I checked in. After that, it became a nightmare when I discovered ants in the kitchen area. I reported it, even cleaned it up, called the desk and deferred moving to another room until the next night, hoping the problem was solved. I had to work all day and came back to find more ants, Called the desk to report it and was scolded for not agreeing to move the day before which was offered to me late at night and as I left for work the next...

”Staff very understanding ”

”Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. The TV was outdated, only cable and the bathroom in our room was clearly not...

”The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar”

”Excellent! The receptionist, if I recall correctly, Jacob, was very courteous. So was his manager. Another of the staff members was kind enough to lend my 13 year old son a soccer ball as he and one of his teammates was playing in the pool. It’s obvious customer service is a paramount factor with the entire management and staff. 5 Stars all around and my whole hearted recommendations. Robert.”

”Everything about the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was good with made to order omelets. We utilized the hot tub and it was warm but not hot. There were a few flecks of fluff floating in it. Still felt good. Did not use the pool as during our stay there was a baseball tournament also there and the boys were generally well managed and supervised but there were upward of 16 of them in the pool throwing a football and jumping in from the sides. Oh well. Everything else was good. ”

”Very clean facilities. Actually had to apologize since I thought we did not have Bath towels We actually did but I had not seen them in the shower on a rack. Breakfast was okay. Lots of choices.”

”A very well maintained resort with a lot of entertainment for kids. Friendly staff. The water park was very clean, it was warm enough (both water and air), and it was relatively big for an indoor place with many slides for all ages. We did not try the other activities (which were a bit pricey), since we spent most of the time at the water park (which is included in the room price). The lodge provides many alternatives for dining. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nice arcade too! ”

”Expedia advertised place as having a hot tub, which turned out to be false. Gentleman at the front desk says it was removed 12 years ago, and Expedia has repeatedly been notified but has yet to remove claim. This is unacceptable, and would not have stayed here if aware. Room was clean enough but bathroom fixtures were stained. Place currently undergoing renovations, hope will improve once complete. ”

”Room was terrible, floor was wet when we arrived. When we came back the room was flooded from a neighboring room. Our stuff got wet, we had to pack and move to another room. ”

”This Residence Inn was great. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Our room was nice and comfortable. Even with renovations that were going on, there was never any inconveniences or loud noises. The laundry room was clean and very useful for our stay. Overall I had a really nice stay at this location.”
