”Worst experience at a hotel ever. Vaughn was great when I checked in. After that, it became a nightmare when I discovered ants in the kitchen area. I reported it, even cleaned it up, called the desk and deferred moving to another room until the next night, hoping the problem was solved. ”I had to do the housekeeping myself the whole stay. Went and got my own towels to swap out as well as TP and it was only cleaned and or towels replaced once. Not happy about that! I called the day before and was ensured it was the day I was getting housekeeping but it did not happen. After running the Boston marathon and not having clean towels or even TP is pretty disappointing and exhausting that I had to do it myself. I even gathered the towels that needed to be swapped out every day but did...

”This Residence Inn was great. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Our room was nice and comfortable. Even with renovations that were going on, there was never any inconveniences or loud noises. The laundry room was clean and very useful for our stay. Overall I had a really nice stay at this location.”

”The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar”

”This was an excellent property! Clean, safe. The room was amazing and I loved the bed. If there was any drawbacks I would say that breakfast was not what I anticipated. It was well done, simply no hot eggs. While they offered a variety of bagels, bread and cereals my husband is diabetic so these options were not the best for us. Boiled eggs were offered however he found that frustrating. This is in no way a complaint. Simply a heads up. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!”

”The pool and deck area were amazing, the food at the bar was great but, the best part about the stay was the staff; they were very helpful and friendly. They also have an outdoor basketball court, that me and my son were able to play on. My only critique would be to add a bench or chairs in the gym so you can do more exercises with the dumbbells'. ”
