”Zero sleep. Checked in at 3pm, was given a room next to the Lifts. Same thing happened the week before at their sister Novotel in same complex. I'm assuming these are the rooms for Expedia guests. Amazing that the soundproofing is excellent on the outside so that you hear no planes and yet, inside, the Lifts are so loud it sounds like planes ... all night, constant. Sleepless night was had. Not sure what we paid the high price for. Should provide ear plugs for guests in those rooms. Attempt at...
