”The property was very well appointed for a short or medium length stay for two. A small area for dogs at the front is fully enclosed however the backyard is open. The location as a short walk to central Daylesford or Hepburn Springs is ideal to not need to drive much once you arrive, but a short drive and you’re in Creswick or Castlemaine. Walking Lake Daylesford was definitely a highlight. The property is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. ”

”Beautiful cottage in a great location. Walking distance to the lake, the main street and the convent. Very cosy and comfortable accommodation which we hope to return to for our 3rd stay.”

”Novella and Bob were wonderful hosts and very thoughtful which helped us settle us very quickly. As this was winter time we appreciated the fire already alight and even the electric blanket was on. Little extras in the fridge for us to enjoy we appreciated. Bed we found very comfortable. We will not hesitate to tell others of this special place and we will go again.”

”Our stay at Zahalka House in Daylesford was lovely. Nestled beside Smith’s Creek and surrounded by a beautiful garden amd deck. The house was just as we expected from a country cottage and enjoyed the use of the fire and the deck overlooking the garden, which was a beautifully setting for our morning coffees. The location is easily accessible and only a short drive into town. Unfortunately our experience at Hepburn springs was cancelled less then and hour before our booking, however we were...
