”The place was filthy. Sticky counters, hair, debris, and dirt on everything. Smudges and fingerprints on all of the mirrors. The dishes had old food on them. The place was disgusting. That was the first room. We told the staff and they gave us a new room. This room was even worse with the dirt and had blunt rappers, rust stains on the countertops, more hair, etc. we had to wear shoes inside because when we were walking around our feet turned black like PITCH BLACK in less than 10 minutes. ”Check in and check out very smooth. Requests poor. Went to three floors and ice machines did not work. Asked for ice to be brought to room. Never received. First night of stay asked for blow dryer because not one In room. Had an event and left room after an hour and a half. And no use of a blow dryer. Blow dryer was o. Room when we returned four hours later . To me this is unacceptable . ”
