”The gentle man at the front desk was absolutely so very kind! He went above and beyond!! We did get a smoking room,(Only available )so the room obviously smelled like smoke from the time when walked in and of course it was all over the bedding. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. It’s not the best area but I would stay again. Hope this helps”
