”One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing.”

”I couldn’t even get into the rooms with the first 4 keys they gave me. said the system was messed up or something. the maintenance worked on the door for 15 minutes and we needed up waiting 2 hours to get into the room and getting comfortable. Then the sheets were musty and stained . I started to get a refund but all i kept telling myself was this is just one night and I’m leaving in the morning. I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t nearly as bad as this time.”

”Place was a bit dirty, homeless encampment behind property, pool shut down. Staff was nice and friendly, beds were fairly comfy.”

”Excellent property that’s well maintained. The staff are so friendly and open to all questions with an honest simple answer that is delivered with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this hotel to any locals or anyone from out of town.”

”The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly. The exterior needs an update however.”

”Had to leave a credit card to access WIFI & TV, wasn’t included in price of room. They also put a $50 hold on my card when I paid for the room a month in advance.”
