”The tub didn't drain and filled with dirty water. Stains on the cuck chair. The parking lot was full of tumble weaves. You get what you pay for though.”

”There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus.”

”Nice property, great room, could use some in room coffee, cold a/c, hard to get into the parking lot, all in all recommend. McDonald’s, and outback in the parking lot 👍”

”Great location My bill is still not being handled properly I’ve been charged for my incidentals on two cards and still not refunded I was charged two amounts and not sure why,or for what , they said they would reimburse me but I’m still waiting”

”Great location for restaurants and river trail. Very well stocked so it is an easy and comfortable stay.”

”Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

”Not up to satisfaction. The tv only had 4 channels to watch. Lock on door failed ,they fix it but when I went to check out lock broken again which I told the woman at check out. If I didn't have the metal door stopper in use housekeeping was busting in my room. I didn't ask for them and I wasn't checking out till morning. I was napping when I heard the door pop open. Will definitely be rethinking coming back. ”

”Room was ok. Not clean at all under coach cushions, couch and bed. Closet was full of remodeling supplies. And the bathtub is very slick I almost fell twice. ”
