”I arrived almost at midnight to rest and the lady in the front desk (Shelly) I think that is her name, she was phenomenal. So late and she received me with a very.welcome smile and good attitude.
As soon as you enter the hotel smell beautiful and is very clean. Im happy to had chosen this hotel.

”Hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff! Breakfast options weren’t bad for it to be included for the price. Location is close to many food options and about a 20 min drive down to the beach! ”

”After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us.
The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.
The staff was very friendly and professional.”

We had a really great stay in this hotel, cleaning service was outstanding, breakfast options were plentiful and a staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early which we were grateful for. The swimming pool was nice and clean and not over chlorinated which was a big plus.
