"Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels. The only small minus that not that many of the staff understood English, which lead to some misunderstandings during the stay. "

Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request. Overall good experience at the hotel and stuff:)"
