On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. ”The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

”Very quaint property with nice layout & grounds. Nice restaurant, Krazy Kat’s onsite. Room accommodations were great; fireplace, large sitting area, sunken tub, shower, towel heating rack, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator & Keurig all in room. We will definitely be back!”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything.”
