”Breakfast was good and fresh! It was cold that night so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the outside. However, I was disappointed that I booked a king size bed and I received double beds. I don't mind double beds but I got the room because I enjoyed the kingsize bed when I originally stayed at that hotel.”

”The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

”What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. The fact that I never made it to the room might have...

”Nothing close by to walk and not a great neighborhood. No dishes pots or pans or coffee maker nor any in lobby. Byo it no rental u will have to buy.. No thanks wasnt worth the cost of the room to not get the efficiency part..”

”The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

”No comfortable chairs to watch tv. Nit sufficient lighting. Also, th fridge stopped working and ruined our food.”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”
